The fast-paced development of industrial modernization will inevitably produce pollutants. In order to reduce and avoid the generation of pollutants, environmental protection work such as dust removal must be done.
It is inevitable that the two-stage gas generator will produce industrial waste gas and pollution during production. In line with the principle of environmentally friendly production, it is essential to handle the pollutants properly. So how to deal with these pollutants?
1. The lower section gas is generally removed through a cyclone dust collector, with a removal efficiency of more than 80%.
2. The gas in the upper section first passes through the electric tar collector. The electric tar collector itself has a very good removal effect on smoke and dust, which can generally reach more than 90%.
3. After the two stages of gas are mixed, they enter the electric light oil collector, and the smoke and dust removal effect is also about 90%.
H2S can be removed by iron oxide method. This method uses iron hydroxide as the desulfurizer and adds limestone, wood chips and water. This method is widely used in H2S removal in two-stage gas generators, and the removal efficiency can reach 99%. In this method, the desulfurizer is extracted with perchlorethylene in the extractor, and the regenerated desulfurizer can be recycled. The sulfur-containing perchlorethylene is heated in the decomposition tower to decompose sulfur, and the dissolved sulfur is discharged out of the tower. The perchlorethylene can be recycled after cooling.
Activated carbon is a commonly used solid desulfurizer. It has the catalytic effect of accelerating the oxidation of H2S to S at room temperature and adsorbing sulfur. The sulfur deposited on the activated carbon can be extracted and recovered with appropriate ammonium sulfide, and the activated carbon can be reused. Air is passed through the activated carbon layer to convert H2S into S and water, and then 15% ammonium sulfide aqueous solution is used to wash away the sulfur and the activated carbon is regenerated. The H2S removal efficiency of activated carbon adsorption method is generally above 90%. When the activated carbon adsorption method is used in a two-stage gas generator, special attention must be paid to the removal of tar and light oil from the gas, and after the gas is cooled down, the processing temperature should be less than 60°C.
Activated carbon is not only used in the field of exhaust gas adsorption of gas generators http://www.cngrjx.com, but also needs to be used in the purification of sewage in various paper mills, leather factories, etc.
