How to save energy in gas generator gas

1. Reasonable scheduling and use of gas station energy-saving measures is a prerequisite for energy conservation.
The gas generator is a kind of continuous gas production equipment. Its corresponding blower, pressurizer, circulating water pump, and electrostatic precipitator are all set up according to a certain scale. Their efficiency can only be the highest at full load. In other words, under normal production conditions, the gas station itself consumes the least energy and is the most economical. However, the current production of many gas stations is cyclical and the load fluctuates greatly. This not only brings difficulties to production management, but also causes serious energy waste. The main manifestations are as follows:
 
(1) The generator is operating at low load, the gasification efficiency is low, heat loss is large, and raw coal is wasted;
 
(2) The generator is converted from production to hot standby and releases part of the gas into the sky, which not only pollutes the atmosphere but also wastes coal;
 
(3) The hot standby furnace naturally wastes coal during the standby stage;
 
(4) When the hot standby furnace is put into operation, it needs a blower to dissipate part of the gas. It cannot be put into use until it is qualified;
 
(5) Due to low load, air blowers, gas pressurizers, water pumps, etc. are often driven by large carts and consume a lot of electricity.
 
There are other indirect energy wastes such as manpower and material resources, so I won’t list them one by one. Therefore, if a gas station wants to truly save energy, it must look at the big picture, attract the attention of the whole plant, and rationally schedule the use of gas.
 
2. The energy-saving measures for gas stations should not only improve the thermal efficiency of heating, but also pay attention to reasonable furnace installation and balanced production.
We tend to pay more attention to the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, such as the structural form of the burner, the insulation of the furnace wall, and the recovery of waste heat from the flue gas, but we pay less attention to reasonable furnace installation and balanced production. In this way, even for relatively advanced heating furnaces, due to insufficient furnace loading, the waste of fuel is very alarming. Furthermore, due to unbalanced production, sometimes workpieces are often kept warm in the furnace for several days, and the waste of fuel is even more shocking.
 
3. Gas station energy saving measures: Making full use of gas stations and using high-quality coal are important aspects of energy saving in gas stations.
At current gas stations, due to various reasons of coal quality and operation, the carbon content in the slag is very high, up to 30%, which causes a great waste of coal. Energy conservation must be done. On the one hand, the coal part supplies high-quality lump coal suitable for gasification. On the other hand, the operation must work hard to ensure the production of qualified gas, strive to reduce the carbon content of the slag, and make full use of coal.
