The gasifier has different effects on the cohesiveness, ash melting point, thermal stability and moisture of the coal. The coal material in the retort section will expand and stick when heated. If its cohesiveness is strong, if the adhesion in the retort section will form large clumps, the rising heat carrier will not be evenly distributed, affecting the distillation effect, making the gasification process of the entire furnace worse, and the effect of the gasifier needs to be enhanced.
The height of the retort and gasification section in the gasifier is 6-8 meters. If the coal particles are relatively different, the gap in the bed will be reduced, increasing the resistance in the furnace, resulting in a decrease in gasification intensity, a decrease in gas production, and an increase in the carbon content of the ash. If there is no way to ensure the uniformity of the coal, retort should be fully carried out, which will affect the gasification effect of the gasifier and make the gasifier's requirements for coal more stringent.
