When the material of an external pressure vessel softens due to factors such as a sudden increase in external pressure or overheating, it may cause sudden instability and damage to the vessel. As the pressure increases, it may cause instability in the gas generator cylinder or jacket overpressure explosion accidents.

       When designing the machine, in addition to appropriately increasing the wall thickness of the inner cylinder and improving the ability to resist instability, relevant personnel can also consider installing large-diameter bursting discs on the jacket during design. Of course, the bursting pressure should be appropriately increased to ensure that it is not prone to rupture under normal working conditions. It has been reported that the user unit replaced the bursting disc with color steel discs due to frequent rupture. Finally, the bursting disc device did not work when the jacket was overpressured, causing an accident.
