Two-stage gas generatorGas production belongs to the air blast continuous gas production method. The saturated gas composed of a mixture of self-produced low-pressure steam and blast air produced by the water jacket of the furnace body is used as a gasification agent (the saturation temperature is generally controlled between 55 and 65°C). It enters the gasification furnace from the air duct at the bottom of the gas furnace through the grate through the dry check valve. In the gasification section, it reacts with the hot semi-coke formed by the raw coal added in the opposite direction to generate hot gas. Nearly 75% of the hot gas is exported through the central steel pipe and the channel in the annular furnace wall to form the bottom (lower section) gas; the remaining about 25% of the hot gas directly heats, dries and carbonizes the bituminous coal in the retort section, and is mixed with the retort gas to form the top (upper section) gas.
