At this time, the gas temperature is cooled to 30~45°C, and the dust content at the outlet is generally less than 50mg/m3. .

       The gas generator is isolated by water seal and then enters the electrostatic precipitator for deoiling and dust removal. The total content of tar and dust in the gas does not exceed 100mg/m3. It is pressurized to 8-15Kpa by a gas pressurizer (can also be adjusted according to the user). After the sulfur is removed by the desulfurization tower, it is available to users. This is the entire process from gas production in the gas generator to purification of gas to the user.
