1. The kiln is shut down for thermal insulation, the gas demand is too little, the outlet temperature of the gas generator is low, and the result is cold operation.

       2. When the kiln is shut down for heat preservation and the demand for gas is too low, the kiln temperature should not be maintained at a constant temperature but fluctuate within a certain temperature. The gas generator should shut down the furnace to maintain pressure and perform normal gas production intermittently so that the tar in the gas cannot condense and the condensed tar can be vaporized again to prevent the gas pipeline from being blocked.

       3. During normal kiln production, maintaining the gas generator outlet temperature index is the key to preventing gas pipeline blockage.
