       An explanation of steam regulation and gas purification of gas generators.
       1. Introduction to gas purification of gas generators:
       The crude hot gas generated by the gas generator enters the double vertical pipes and is cooled and washed by hot circulating water. Part of the dust in the gas is discharged from the water seal at the lower part of the double vertical pipes with the hot circulating water. The temperature of the gas after being washed and cooled by the double vertical pipes is about 80°C. It enters the scrubber for cooling, washing and dust removal again. The gas temperature is cooled to 30-45°C, and the dust content at the outlet is generally less than 50mg/m3. After the isolation water seal, it enters the electrostatic precipitator for deoiling and dust removal. The total content of tar and dust in the gas is not more than 100mg/m3. It is pressurized to 8-15kpa by a gas pressurizer, and then goes through the desulfurization tower to remove the sulfur before it is available to users.
       2、gas generatorIntroduction to steam regulation:
       Improper control of the amount of steam often results in large lumps and scars in the generator, which seriously affects the quantity and quality of gas production. The existing raw materials for gasification of gas furnaces are of various types. Therefore, when blowing steam up and down, the difference and percentage cannot be the same and should be determined according to the performance of the raw materials.
       It is mainly based on the ash melting point of the raw material, and secondly the ash content of the raw material. Therefore, for coal with different properties, how to use steam rationally can only be achieved if the instrument is accurate, the valve is tight, the low-pressure steam main pipe pressure is stable, and attention is paid to the blowing queue. Through practical understanding, a more appropriate steam dosage and upper and lower blowing percentage can be obtained, which is beneficial to production and energy consumption.
