       Why is the outlet pipe of the gas generator standpipe prone to sedimentation?
       After the gasifier washes the gas in the standpipe, the washed coal dust and heavy tar will be deposited in the water seal. Since the drainage is continuous, most of the water is discharged into the guide channel with the flow, but there will always be a corresponding amount of sedimentation at the bottom of the water seal. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will accumulate more and more, which will cause the drainage channel to be partially blocked. The water flow is not smooth, the water inlet is larger than the water outlet, and water overflows from the cleaning port. After closing the cleaning hole, the water level will get higher and higher, which will cause a lot of overflow and sewage, causing the furnace to shut down the system.
       Therefore, the tar needs to be removed from the bottom of the water seal. The existing measure is to change the bottom of the water seal to an inclined bottom, and to have a corresponding inclination for the drainage outlet, which is conducive to the discharge of tar residue deposited at the bottom. The second method is to install a flushing nozzle at the bottom of the water seal, and then mix and discharge the deposited tar residue.
       The slag device does not require continuous slag and can be controlled according to the size of the production load and the particle size of the coal.

       1. When using small particle coal or pulverized coal, a large amount of coal dust is not cleaned in the riser, and part of it is deposited on the outlet pipe of the riser.
       2. The water pressure in the standpipe is too low, the water volume is too small, the gas volume in a single furnace is too large, there are too many materials, and the water volume cannot keep up, resulting in the above phenomena.
       3. The slope of the pipeline is not enough. The sediment will not flow at the bottom of the pipe, thus causing sedimentation.
