A brief analysis of the reasons for insufficient steam in a single-stage gas generator?
Experienced operators of single-stage gas generators will feel that under normal circumstances, gas generators should have less steam surplus. During operation, some furnaces will display insufficient steam or no steam.
The main reason is that errors occurred during operation, resulting in the combustion layer in the furnace being too high, or the fire layer being relatively thin. The reason why the fire layer is higher still accounts for the proportion of the score. In severe cases of partial fire, slagging, etc. in the furnace, the fire layer is not even enough and there is no fixed burning layer. The water jacket does not have normal heat transfer and heating, and of course there will be no corresponding steam supply.
The solution to this kind of situation is, of course, the problem of the combustion layer. Unfavorable situations must be investigated and the combustion layer adjusted properly. The combustion, gasification, retort, carbonization, and preheating in the furnace are relatively normal.
