Describe the principle of the gas generator bell valve.
It is common to use bell valves in gas generators, and there are two types: dry type and wet type. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small floor space, tight air tightness and high stability. The principle of the bell valve is very simple. The upper part is a cylindrical or cone-shaped bell. The bell is connected to the upper movement rod. The lower part is the air inlet. When the sealing clock cover falls, it seals the lower air inlet. On the contrary, when it goes upward, the valve opens and the outlet is set on the side.

It has compact structure, small floor space, tight air tightness and high stability. In particular, it has made huge improvements in the driving device, from fixed opening and closing to synchronous opening and closing. The addition of an operator ensures that the opening and closing of the valve disc always moves perpendicular to the axis line, thus extending the service life of the sling and reducing failures. The valve disc is equipped with a guide system to ensure smooth operation. The nickel-based alloy is used as the sealing pair and is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant. Line sealing is used to eliminate the impact of media on sealing performance and improve sealing stability and pressure resistance.
Bell valve structure principle:
It is mainly composed of drive assembly synchronous runner, bracket, cylinder, guide rod, valve body, valve disc, limit device and escalator. Its operating principle is that when the driving device is powered on, it rotates, and the lifting rope drives the guide rod, which is connected through the guide rod; the shaft transmits the motion to the valve disc, so that the valve disc moves upward to achieve the purpose of opening. On the contrary, if the driving device rotates reversely, the valve disc will fall and close. When the driving device is powered on and started, the synchronizer starts at the same time, pushing the driving device forward or backward synchronously in a straight line to ensure the vertical intermediate movement of the valve disc opening and closing.
