Briefly explain the configuration of the electrostatic purification and recovery device equipment

The electrostatic purification and recovery device includes: tubular purification and recovery tower, electrical control system, smoke cooler system, suction fan system, exhaust chimney and fire protection system.
1. The tubular purifier is composed of adsorption tube components, high-voltage electric release components, gas diversion and air equalization components, high-voltage insulating porcelain bottle components and liquid collection components based on technical improvements.
2. The electrical control system consists of an electrical control cabinet, high-voltage silicon rectifier transformer, and high-voltage cables.
There are two methods of electrically controlled high-voltage power supply: one is a high-voltage DC power supply controlled by a thyristor phase shift, which is referred to as a thyristor power supply. It is a "voltage source" and its main control quantity is "voltage". The other is a constant current high voltage DC power supply, referred to as a constant current source. It is a "power flow" and its main control quantity is "current". Hengyuan technical features:
(1) It has stable operation and high stability, can maintain purification efficiency for a long time, and can withstand transient and steady-state short circuits. When the electrostatic electric field generates spark discharge, since the output current of the power supply is "constant current", the current in the electric field will not increase, but the grid input current is 10% of the rated value, ensuring the safety of the power supply equipment. At the same time, due to the "constant current", the discharge channel disappears on its own, protecting the corona wire and the positive tube.
(2) The operating voltage is high, it can suppress discharge, and it is not sensitive to mechanical defects.
(3) The power supply structure is simple, and multiple groups of L-C are designed in parallel, making maintenance easy and the power supply failure rate low.
(4) Power factor covΦ≥0.90, the power saving effect is obvious.
3. The flue gas cooler system is composed of multiple sets of high-efficiency fin-type heat exchange fins. A pulley is added to the bottom of each fin to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. A filter screen is added to the front to block some lint and other debris. The temperature control meter is used to detect the smoke temperature and adjust the higher efficiency.
4. Fan suction system: According to the requirements of the manufacturer and production line, a high-quality fan is selected, and an inverter is optional to control the air volume to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and energy consumption reduction.
5. The exhaust chimney is selected and configured according to local environmental protection requirements and the exhaust volume of the production line.
6. Fire protection system: Use a temperature-controlled alarm automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing device to cut off the fan and electrical control system when the smoke in the production line is overheated to ensure the safety of the electrostatic purification and recovery device and meet fire protection requirements.
