Briefly describe the fuel source of biomass gasifier.
The solid pellet fuel of biomass gasifier equipment is a relatively economical fuel. Its raw materials mainly come from straw, forest residues, wood chips, peanut shells, and bark. After carbonization by the biomass pelletizer, it is processed into block fuel with a diameter of about 6 to 8cm and a length of about 5B in diameter. Biomass briquette fuel is easy to feed, has high calorific value, is clean and sanitary, does not pollute the environment, and is a conservation fuel.
Mainly after carbonization and combustion, the fuel heat energy utilization rate can reach 90%. It can be used as fuel for domestic heating and thermal power generation. At present, briquette fuels are widely used and have many types of fuels on the Chinese market.
The combustion methods of domestic waste treatment equipment can be divided into two types, namely direct combustion and catalytic oxidation combustion. The direct combustion method means that while burning gas, harmful VOCs in the combustion chamber are degraded through oxidation and thermal decomposition at high temperature. After the harmful VOCs gas is input into the combustion chamber, when the objective factors such as high temperature and air are perfect, the gasifier will completely burn the harmful exhaust gas, and finally decompose it into CO2 and H2O. The biomass gasifier has full functions, good sorting effect, high degree of automation and low processing cost.
