The smooth operation of the gas generator requires a reasonable coal seam. The correct coal seam can generate gas normally. The normal gasification of the coal seam relies on the mixed gas (a mixture of air and saturated steam) from the bottom to enter and impact the coal to burn and undergo a thermal reaction (through oxidation, reduction, carbonization, and drying) to generate gas output.
The coal in the furnace undergoes thermal decomposition, and the compounds and a large number of carbon molecules are entrained with the combustion air flow into the empty layer, and the gas is output from the output port. The gas generator is large, and the total coal amount of the coal seam is large. In order to keep the height of the coal seam normal, more coal is fed per unit time, and more mixed gas is required, and more gas is emitted.
