Let’s talk about how to light the single-stage gas generator

The following introduces the steps for starting a single-stage gas generator:
1. It is possible to light the furnace from the cleaning entrance hole, but if the conditions are inconvenient, it can be ignited evenly through the fire hole (torch is usually put in through the fire hole, which is easy to extinguish).
2. Burn the waste oil cloth and put it into the furnace through the fire hole or inlet. After it is evenly burned, cover the fire hole and allow a little air to enter. Before the air enters, close the natural ventilation and open the large valve to let out the air. The air intake should not be too large. If it is too large, the fire will be blown out easily.
3. After the air is sent into the ruins, you can open the fire hole and checkSingle stage gas generatorCheck whether everything inside is completely burned. If there are any unburned parts, you should continue to throw torches.
4. After burning in the furnace, you can feed a little coal when the fire is very strong, and then gradually thicken the coal seam to reach the standard of the normal gasification layer. You should be careful not to add too much coal in the early stage to avoid crushing the flame (it takes about 20-40 minutes before increasing the coal supply).
5. When the single-stage gas generator starts to increase the air volume, attention should be paid to feeding steam at the same time to ensure normal furnace temperature. The wind temperature can be maintained at around 25-35°C in the early stage. When the temperature of the gasification layer gradually rises and the air volume gradually increases, the wind temperature should be increased accordingly until it reaches normal standards.
