1. Inspection work before ignition of the two-stage gas generator:
(1) Check whether the various pipelines are smooth, whether the valves are flexible, whether the various components are complete, and whether the positions are correct.
(2) Check whether the various electrical appliances and instruments indicate correctly and whether the switches are intact.
(3) Connect power, steam, and production water.
2. Preparations before ignition:
(1) Fill the coal hopper with coal and fill the water seal with water.
(2) Open its exhaust chimney (on the dust collector) and close the main gas valve (water seal) leading to the heating furnace.
(3) Prepare firewood, shavings, oil waste and other ignition materials for ignition, and prepare fire clay for sealing the furnace door.
(1) Use fully burned 30-100mm slag to lay the furnace.
(2) Some large pieces of ash should be spread near the hood to facilitate uniform air blast. After spreading, the air should be blown for a while to make the slag layer ventilated smoothly.
(3) Put in the firewood and start ignition from the two-stage gas generator door.
(4) After ignition, when the fire power is strong, a small amount of coal can be added and the blower can be started to make the surroundings burn evenly. Then the coal seam can be thickened to achieve normal gasification and prepare to send gas.
