What factors cause the gas generator to generate heat?

In the actual operation of the gas generator, abnormal conditions such as thermal operation are not allowed. The main characteristics of this situation are: the temperature of the gas coming out of the furnace reaches over 600 degrees, which is the temperature where the gas spontaneously ignites, which is very dangerous. In this situation, if you open the fire detection hole on the top of the furnace, the furnace will be red and bright, and the emerging coal gas will spontaneously ignite and burn. The gasification and stratification in the furnace will form large slag, and the temperature will reach 1300 degrees. The temperature is very high. If the drill is easy to burn out the drill, a higher temperature will appear outside the furnace top, and the coal spreading device in the furnace will burn off, etc. Laboratory analysis of the gas shows that the carbon dioxide content is relatively high and the carbon monoxide is relatively low. Causes of hot running:
1. The ash layer is too high, the total coal layer is too low, the oxidation layer (fire layer) moves upward, the reduction layer and the retort drying layer are gone, and it becomes a big furnace. When this happens, most of the gas is carbon dioxide. Therefore, the gas outlet temperature reaches over 600 degrees, which may cause spontaneous combustion in the air layer.
When encountering this situation: pay attention to speed up ash removal and coal feeding to thicken the dry layer fuel coverage. The oxide layer moves down to the normal position and the amount of steam entering the furnace bottom needs to be increased to cool down the oxide layer until the furnace conditions are adjusted.gas generatorThe outlet temperature drops to the normal temperature of 550 degrees.
2. The saturation temperature is too small and the steam content in the air is small, causing the oxide layer to burn violently and causing the temperature of the gasification layer to rise. When this kind of furnace appears, the oxide layer has formed large slag into molten slag, and the air flow resistance is very large. In the area without slagging, the gas flow rate increases, and there is no carbon surface reduction (carbon dioxide), and there is too much carbon dioxide in the gas. At the same time, the carbon content in the charcoal slag will also increase, which wastes energy.
Due to the slagging of the oxide layer, partial burning often occurs, because the coal seam cannot fall down in the slagging parts, and the non-slagging parts fall relatively smoothly. If not handled in time, over time, the smooth parts will form a strong oxide layer fire, and the air flow in the slagging parts will not be smooth, and the oxide layer fire will not be strong until the fire is extinguished.
When this happens: pay attention to increase the saturation temperature (steam volume), lower the oxide layer temperature, use a coarse 30MM steel drill to break up the slag, rotate the ash pan at the same time, and squeeze small pieces of ash out of the gas generator.
If the ash in the furnace is too large and cannot be broken with a rough drill, the furnace must be shut down. Otherwise, equipment such as the grate will be damaged, causing greater losses.
