At present, the coal feeding methods of the two-stage gas generator are divided into two types: coal blending and coal stacking. The coal blending feeder requires coal to be distributed continuously and evenly throughout the furnace section; it also requires strict sealing to ensure that there is no convection between the gas in the furnace and the outside air. For a double-bell coal feeder, the rod pulls the ratchet, and the ratchet can rotate the camshaft of the coal feeder and swing the upper and lower bell-jar rods, driving the bell-jar valve to open and close instead.
With a bell motion fit table and a coal fin,
Two-stage gas generatorThe action is also completed through connecting rods. The distributor is equipped with ball plating, which can swing freely on the ground, swinging down, left, right, forward and backward, and the uniformity adjustment of coal blending is manually assisted.
The gas generation process of the two-stage gas generator is a process of continuous drying, carbonization, and reduction gasification. Coal addition should change the coal seam as little as possible. In order to ensure the quality of the gas, coal must be added evenly and continuously. When adding coal, coal should be added at even times and intervals as much as possible; and coal should be added less each time, but more frequently, so that the gas batching layer changes evenly.
