The gas generator is a device that provides mixed gas for thermal processing workshops in machinery, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, refractory materials and other industries. Equipped with a single-bucket lifting coal loading machine, a double-sealed bell jar coal box is used to automatically add coal, and a wet ash tray is used to automatically discharge slag. The grate transmission machinery is all designed outside the furnace body, with reliable operation and easy installation and maintenance.
The solid raw coal is added from the top of the furnace and moves downward with the operation of the equipment. While meeting the gasification agent entering from the bottom of the furnace in counter-current, it is heated by the high-temperature gas of the fuel layer at the bottom of the furnace, causing physical and chemical reactions to produce crude gas. This crude gas can be directly used by combustion equipment after coarse dust removal.
1. Furnace body: The small gas generator adopts a steel plate cylindrical structure. The water jacket in the middle of the furnace body can produce self-produced steam as a vaporizing agent. The upper part of the furnace body is sealed with insulation material, and water sealing devices are provided at the top and bottom. In addition, there are anti-leakage cover, furnace door, blast inlet, steam inlet, gas outlet and other facilities. The furnace door is used for ignition.
2. Air supply system: The blower blows air into the furnace body, introduces water vapor into the air duct and mixes it, which is used as a gasification agent.
3. Water supply system: Tap water is used to supply water, without power consumption. The water level in the water jacket will drop after generating steam. The automatic water replenishment tank set up can be used to replenish water automatically. The top and bottom water seals and coke traps are artificially replenished.
4. Coal adding mechanism: adopts electric lifting and automatic turning mechanism of coal car.
5. Slag unloading device: Furnace types with a furnace diameter below 1000mm are new manual reciprocating wet slag unloading devices and do not need to be equipped with power. Furnaces with a furnace diameter of 1000mm or more adopt a rotating disk wet motorized slag discharge device.
6. Coke catcher: collects dust and coal tar contained in precipitated gas; cuts off the gas channel between the gas generator and the burner when the furnace is shut down.
7. Electrical control system: The control, temperature display, power supply, etc. of the complete machine equipment are concentrated in the control cabinet for control and display.
