1. Preparation work before starting the furnace:
Before starting the furnace, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the gas station and keep records. The inspection mainly includes: first, check the mechanical equipment and electrical equipment. All manholes (except furnace manholes) should be closed. All water seals should be filled with water, and check that there should be no leakage in the water seals everywhere. Water enters the boiler water jacket and steam collector, and checks the water jacket and steam drum for leaks. The valves on all generator connecting pipes should be flexible to open and close, and lubricating oil should be injected into all lubrication points to keep them in a good lubrication state. When the power is turned on, the on, off and buttons can be used normally. When starting the stoker and ash removal transmission mechanism, they should be in a flexible and free-running state. The relief and exhaust valve should be in a flexible state of rising, falling and closing. The instrument power is turned on and each instrument is in a usable state. Prepare slag, firewood, waste oil cloth, engine oil and diesel for filling the furnace.
2. Preparations before ignition:
Notify the upper coal group to supply coal to the coal bunker, supply softened water to the water jacket, and maintain the drum water level at 1/3. Operating tools and various operation records should be placed on the operating station platform. All electrical equipment and instruments are connected, kept in good condition, and display normally.
3. Furnace installation:
Before loading the furnace, you can blow air into the furnace for 5-10 minutes to drive away the moisture in the furnace. Load the prepared slag into the furnace until it reaches more than 20cm above the upper part of the grate hood. The entire slag surface is in the shape of a steamed bun. Load firewood on top with a thickness of 300-400mm. You can (leave an ignition wind tunnel in the center when loading firewood), open the ventilation valve at the bottom of the furnace, open the dispersion and drain valve, prepare torches, oil, cloth and other ignition tools for ignition, and notify the operators at each station that the furnace is ready for ignition.
4. Ignition:
After lighting the torch, the torch can be put in through the manhole, or a small torch can be ignited through the fire detection hole. After the fire is strong, coal can be added manually through the manhole. After the coal is burning, seal the manhole in the furnace body, close the natural ventilation valve, turn on the process fan for ventilation, and control the wind pressure at about 300pa. At this time, the wind pressure should not be too high. After the furnace is fully ignited, the temperature of the furnace rises, indicating that the furnace is ignited normally. Start the stoker to add a small amount of coal, and control the vaporizing agent pressure to about 50 mm. As the temperature out of the furnace increases, the vaporizing agent temperature can be appropriately set to about 30-500C, and the increase in the material layer can be detected at any time. When the thickness of the material layer gradually increases and the temperature out of the furnace rises above 2000C, increase the amount of coal and gradually increase the temperature of the gasifying agent.
Note: The temperature of the vaporizing agent can be measured according to the fire detection and the test results will increase. Continue to add coal and increase the air pressure, and pay attention to the temperature of the furnace outlet. The oxide layer in the furnace will be well cultivated by measuring the fire and the solder. When the oxide layer reaches 100mm, you can take samples for testing. After passing the test, prepare to supply gas. (All circulating water pumps in the station are turned on).
