Operating specifications for furnace ignition and grid connection at gas stations in ceramic factories

1.1 Preparation before ignition:
Cinder; Quantity: 400 bags, specifications:ø30-100㎜; firewood; quantity: 300㎏, specifications:ø30-100㎜; waste diesel; 10kg; rag; 10kg; torch; 5 pieces; chain hoist; quantity: 1 piece, specification: 1 ton; manhole baffle; 1 piece; manhole brand; 1 piece, with asbestos pad and lead oil.
 
 
1.2 Ignition and grid connection procedure
1.2.1. Clean the manhole flange surface;
1.2.2. The water level of the generator water jacket is controlled at 1/3 of the water level gauge;
1.2.3. Drain the accumulated water in the air pipe;
 
1.2.4. Close the top and bottom outlets and open the dispersion valve;
1.2.5. Electric capture light inlet water seal and drainage;
1.2.6. Open the oil washing circulating cooling water and washing water valves;
 
1.2.7. Open the oil washing circulating cooling water and washing water valves;
1.2.8. Fill the cinder from the manhole to 200mm above the peak cap of the grate;
1.2.9. Lay 200mm thick coal on top of the cinders, and evenly lay the firewood on top of the coal, slightly lower than the manhole;
 
 
1.2.10. Place the rags in 6 piles on the firewood according to different methods, and sprinkle the diesel evenly on the firewood;
1.2.11. Pour water into the ash basin to 300mm from the edge of the ash basin;
1.2.12. Use torches to ignite 6 piles of rags;
 
1.2.13. Open the flow valve slightly to allow the firewood to burn evenly and the smoke to be slightly discharged from the manhole;
1.2.14. Hang the manhole hanging plate on the manhole;
1.2.15. After the firewood burns for 30 minutes, close the flow valve, and after 10 minutes, remove the manhole baffle to observe the firewood burning situation;
 
1.2.16. Hang up the manhole baffle, manually lower the coal once, and observe that there is a slight flame at the manhole baffle;
1.2.17. After burning for 20 minutes, close the flow valve. After 10 minutes, use a 2-meter-long bamboo pole to lift down the manhole baffle (no one is allowed to stand on the manhole platform)
1.2.18. After the manhole is open for 15 minutes, observe the coal combustion situation away from the manhole. There is a uniform flame on the surface of the coal, stable combustion and no smoke spurting out;
 
1.2.19. Lift the manhole cover with a hand chain hoist to seal the hole;
1.2.20. Start the hydraulic station;
1.2.21. Open the flow valve slightly to ensure the vaporizer pressure is 1.5kpa.—2.5kpa, operate the coal until the furnace is full;
 
1.2.22. There should be a dedicated person standing by the torch to ignite the torch at any time and prevent it from extinguishing;
1.2.23. After the torch is ignited, take samples from the relief valve sampling point. When the O2 content reaches the standard, open the top outlet valve, slightly open the bottom outlet valve, and appropriately close the relief valve to ensure the purge pressure;
1.2.24. After the system purges and the O2 content is qualified, close the top and bottom valves, open the dispersion valve, and stop purging;
 
1.2.25. Cut off the water seal and drainage after the electric catch is light;
1.2.26. Open the large flow valve and adjust the furnace bottom pressure to above 2.5kpa;
1.2.27. After the electric capture is light, the water seal is cut off and the release is confirmed;
 
1.2.28. First open the top outlet valve, close the relief valve, and connect to the grid;
1.2.29. After successful grid connection, open the flow valve at a constant speed, and the instrument engineer should pay attention to the height control of the gas tank;
1.2.30. 20 minutes after being connected to the grid and after the O2 content of the electric trap light sample is qualified, power is supplied to the electric trap;
1.2.31. The grid connection work is completed.
 
1.3 Safety operation and management regulations for gas grid connection and disconnection
Grid connection of gas furnaces means that two or more gas furnaces share a set of purification equipment and transmission pipe network. The gas furnaces simultaneously or successively integrate qualified gas into the shared purification equipment or common pipe network. On the contrary, when two or more gas furnaces are running at the same time, one or more of them must be separated from the shared purification equipment and pipe network for some reason, which is called a gas furnace off-grid.
 
1.3.1 The operation methods of igniting, debugging and gas supplying two or more gas furnaces at the same time are the same as the ignition, boiling, debugging and gas supplying operations of one gas furnace. It is only necessary to ensure that the gas outlet pressure and temperature of each gas furnace are the same or similar as possible to ensure the smooth operation of each gas furnace after being connected to the grid.
 
1.3.2 When one or more gas furnaces are in operation, due to the increase in gas demand, a new gas furnace, cold standby, or hot standby furnace needs to be activated and incorporated, or when the operating gas furnace is deactivated and replaced with a new furnace, cold standby, or hot standby, the operation method is as follows:
(1) The gas furnace and cold standby gas furnace should be ignited and put into normal operation according to the aforementioned operating methods, and then the purification equipment and pipelines from the furnace to the collecting pipe should be purged and replaced. After the oxygen content meets the requirements, the pressure of the gas to be merged into the furnace should be adjusted to the gas pressure in the connecting pipe. Then the valve connecting the collecting pipe can be opened and merged into use to increase the gas volume and ensure the back-line gas consumption.
 
(2) If an accident occurs and a gas furnace needs to be replaced with a new furnace or a cold standby furnace, it can be disconnected from the grid first and then connected to the grid, or connected to the grid first and then disconnected according to the urgency of the situation.
 
(3) The operation method of putting the hot standby gas furnace into operation is as follows:
A. Close the natural ventilation valve and open the air supply valve and saturated temperature steam valve.
B. Start the stoker and ash discharge mechanism.
C. Increase the cooling water valves of the standpipe and scrubber.
 
D. Adjust the water level in the drum and close the steam release valve. If the steam in the drum is insufficient, open the external steam valve to replenish it.
E. Through fire detection, adjust the slag layer, fire layer and coal layer in the furnace, and adjust the coal addition, ash output, gasification agent and temperature according to the fire detection results.
F. After sampling and testing, when the oxygen content in the gas is qualified, connect to the grid according to the grid connection operating procedures and put it into normal operation.
 
(4) The operation method of a running gas furnace to be switched off the grid to a hot standby or cold standby furnace is as follows: If the gas furnace is transferred to a cold standby furnace, the air blowing should be stopped, but steam should still be blown in, the fire should be extinguished, and all the ash and slag in the furnace should be removed through the ash extractor. The water in the ash basin should be drained, the access hole should be opened, and a comprehensive inspection and overhaul should be carried out. After the overhaul is completed, ash, ignition materials, wood and coal should be re-paved for ignition. If the gas furnace is in cold standby state in winter, all the softened water in the jacket and bubbling of the gas furnace should be drained to prevent freezing and expansion of the furnace.
