How to choose a single-stage gas generator

In the selection of applications, the appropriate furnace type should be selected according to the situation. The double-stage furnace has a better decoking effect due to the added upper retort section and electric tar trap. Due to the double-stage setting, the dust in the furnace will be lower, and the transportation distance will be slightly farther than that of the single-stage furnace. The operation of the double-stage furnace is more automated, but the relative power configuration is also high, and the investment cost is about one-half to two-thirds higher than that of the single-stage furnace.
Although the dust in the single-stage furnace will be high when coal is added, it can fully meet the application requirements with appropriate dust removal equipment. It can be fully adapted to furnaces with loose fluctuations in gas consumption (there will be short-term, small fluctuations in gas production when coal is added to a single-stage furnace).
In terms of selection, those users who do not consume a lot of gas, work intermittently, and have sudden increases and decreases in gas source usage can choose single-stage furnaces. For example, dryers, annealing furnaces, intermittent ceramic furnaces, some down-flame kilns, etc. Especially some small furnaces with small gas consumption are more suitable for single-stage gas generators.
