1. For double bell jars and coal boxes, the sealing surfaces between the bell jar and the partition should be tight without defects or gaps. Pay attention to adjustments during installation.
       2. The sealing surface between the main body of the fire detection hole and the water sealing cover should be tight and there should be no defects or gaps.
       3. When connecting the water pipe and gas pipe of the generator, the working pressure is less than 0.1MPa. The strength test is carried out under the water pressure of 0.3MPa. It is required that there are no leaks or leaks at the joint between the inner and outer walls of the furnace water jacket and the flange, and there is no deformation of the equipment.
       4. Pay attention to the tightness when welding the parts of the generator and installing the flange connection. After installation, the furnace should be tested for tightness by applying soapy water under a pressure of 0.3MPa. If there is no bubbling, it is qualified. After the test, apply red lead anti-rust or other primer and then apply gray topcoat.
       5. Attention should be paid to adjusting the coal box bell, ash tray transmission device, coal lifting and hoisting device and other movable parts to make them flexible in operation and easy to operate. An empty running test should be carried out after installation. The ash tray transmission device should run continuously for at least 12 hours without vibration, jamming, noise and other adverse phenomena.
