The single-stage gas generator is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment. It changes the traditional method of burning coal and converts solid coal into gas for combustion, effectively reducing dust emissions and reducing environmental pollution. The single-stage gas generator has the characteristics of large gas production, complete gasification, strong adaptability to coal types, high calorific value of gas, and easy operation.
Single-stage gasifiers are mainly used in chemical heating, heat treatment furnaces, boiler gasification transformation, refractory materials and other industries.
Although the single-stage gas generator has many characteristics, due to the particularity and danger of gas, in some special circumstances, the single-stage gas generator needs to be shut down in time to ensure the safety of the gas generator. So under what circumstances does the single-stage gas generator need to be shut down in time?
1. In case of sudden power outage, the single-stage gas generator cannot operate normally when the power supply is stopped. In order to ensure the safety of the gas in the furnace, the gas generator needs to be shut down in time.
2. When the gas or water is stopped for more than 4 hours, gas supply or water supply are necessary conditions for the operation of the single-stage gas generator. Stopping the supply for a short time will not affect the operation of the gas generator. However, once the supply stop time exceeds 4 hours, the single-stage gas generator cannot operate. In this case, the gas furnace also needs to be shut down.
3. When the single-stage gas generator skirt is burned through and the furnace bottom air overflows from the ash tray and cannot be handled, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, the furnace must be shut down in time.
4. When the water jacket of the single-stage gas generator is ruptured or open and cannot be repaired immediately during operation, or when the equipment fails but cannot be repaired in time, in order to prevent accidents, the single-stage gas generator must be shut down in time.
5. When a serious failure occurs in the gas pipeline or dust collector in the single-stage gas generator and cannot be processed, or there is a problem with the feeding facilities, manual feeding cannot be completed, and the outlet temperature of the gas generator reaches above 600 degrees. The above situation is serious and the furnace should be shut down immediately or changed to hot standby.
