Gas generator accident handling

Gas generators sometimes experience emergencies, so they must be dealt with promptly to ensure safety.
       1. When encountering the following situations, you should immediately change the heat to standby or shut down the furnace.
       1. When there is a power outage.
       2. When the gas or water supply is stopped for more than 4 hours.
       3. When the skirt of the gas generator is burned through and the air supply from the bottom of the furnace overflows from the ash tray and cannot be handled.
       4. When the water jacket of the gas generator is broken or welded, and it cannot be repaired immediately during operation.
       5. There is a problem with the feeding facilities, manual feeding cannot be achieved, and the gas furnace outlet temperature reaches above 600°C.
       6. When a serious failure occurs in the gas pipeline or dust collector and cannot be dealt with.
       2. Operation procedures for shutting down a running gas generator
       1. After receiving the instruction from superiors to stop the furnace and flameout, notify the kiln operator to stop using the gas burner and close the gas and air valves.
       2. Reduce the blast volume of the gas generator and increase the saturation temperature.
       3. Stop feeding and stop operating the ash tray.
       4. Open the safety relief valve on the side of the gas generator, close the air valve at the bottom of the furnace, and stop the blower.
       5. Turn on the steam at the bottom of the furnace until the outlet temperature of the gas furnace is the same as the steam temperature, then stop supplying steam. When the furnace cools to 40-8, you can turn the ash pan to remove ash and stop the furnace.
       3. How to convert a running gas generator into a hot standby furnace.
The operating procedure for converting a gas generator in production to a hot standby furnace shall be carried out according to the operating steps of a gas generator for normal production to a hot standby furnace.
