1. During temporary maintenance of a single-stage gas generator, the gas source of the single-stage gas generator must be cut off with a water seal. When a fire is required, flammable materials on site should be removed, fire extinguishing tools should be prepared, and steam should be introduced for purging. Construction can only begin after the CO content is tested to be less than 0.03 mg/L or biological experiments are conducted. Special attention should be paid to the fact that there must be more than 2 people around when operating.
2. Any maintenance work on a single-stage gas generator must be carried out in the direction of the upper air outlet of the generator.
3. Fire sources must be prohibited within 30 meters of the gas generator, and all personnel unrelated to the work of the gas generator must clear out of the work place. Operators should wear protective equipment such as gas masks and oxygen respirators. When loading and unloading the flange cover, lubricating oil should be applied to the friction surface to avoid sparks caused by friction between the flange cover and the flange plate. When tapping is required, use copper tools or iron tools coated with oil and glycerin.
