1. Thermal operation phenomenon
(1) If the gas coming out of the fire detection hole catches fire, the carbon monoxide content in the gas will be low and the gas quality will deteriorate.
(2) The gas outlet temperature is too high and exceeds the specified range.
(3) When inserting the drill into the gas stove, the material layer feels sticky.
(4) The ash layer increases rapidly, and the amount of residual carbon contained in the ash is unstable, and more of it is discharged with the ash residue.
(5) Open the fire detection hole and observe. There is a fire on the surface of the material layer in the furnace, and there is local fire and burn-through.
2. Hazards of thermal operation of gas generators
(1) Due to local fire, burn-through phenomenon occurs, causing the air to take a shortcut and secondary combustion of combustible components in the gas. At the same time, the increase in oxygen content directly endangers production.
(2) The ash layer is relatively too high, the thickness of other layers is correspondingly thinner, the reduction is incomplete, and the carbon dioxide content increases.
(3) The temperature of the oxide layer is too high. If it exceeds the ash melting point, it will easily cause coking, deterioration of furnace conditions, and poor gasification reaction.
(4) The carbon content in the ash increases, which leads to an increase in the consumption quota of gasification raw materials.
3. Causes of thermal operation
(1) The saturation temperature is lower than the normal value or fluctuates greatly for a long time, or the combustion layer is too thin.
(2) The ash layer is higher than the normal value for a long time, the ash is not removed in time, the furnace is not penetrated on time, and the balance tightness and total layer height are greater than the normal range.
4. Thermal operation treatment methods
(1) According to the actual situation, strengthen the operation intensity and increase the saturation temperature appropriately, but it should not exceed 4℃.
(2) According to the temperature of the kiln, reduce the air volume as appropriate.
(3) Appropriate feeding, dust removal, and furnace ventilation. Make the total layer reach 800-1100mm, and re-cultivate the fire layer, reduction layer, carbonization layer and drying layer.
