The gas generator can be divided into a furnace water jacket and a steam drum.
Among them, the temperature inside the water jacket sleeve is too high and the internal reaction is too complicated. Poor water circulation in the water jacket will cause the inner wall temperature of the water jacket barrel to be too high, leading to deformation, which will restrict the production and operation of the user, bring significant economic losses, and even lead to accidents.
Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the regular inspection of gas generators. Periodic inspection points for gas generators: corrosion; electrochemical corrosion is prone to occur in the water jacket of the gas generator and inside the steam drum. The surface of the steel is adsorbed by a large number of anions, which causes the passivation film of the metal material to fall off the surface of the steel and is damaged, resulting in corrosion. Affected by the high temperature environment, the corrosion rate is further accelerated. During the inspection process, scale envy and localized corrosion and thinning often occur. As the depth of the corroded net expands, the surface of the cylinder will be corroded into different small holes, forming pitting corrosion.
