Gasification intensity of single-stage gasifier.
The hourly gas production of a single-stage gas generator is related to the gasification intensity, gasification rate, and the inner diameter of the generator. The gasification intensity and gasification rate are related to the furnace type selected, the operation method, and the physical and chemical properties of the fuel used.
This is because although some generator furnaces have the same inner diameter, differences in their structures will result in different flow conditions for distribution, air blast, slag discharge and gasification agent entering the furnace, which will affect the gasification intensity. In general, changes in gasification intensity will also cause changes in the gas production basin of the generator furnace.
