Therefore, when the load changes, it is necessary to observe frequently and replenish it in time.
2. An appropriate amount of water must be added to the ash basin, gasification chamber and furnace bottom water sealing tank to ensure their water sealing ability.
3. The water overflowing from the water seal of the vaporization chamber can ensure the water level of the water seal at the bottom of the furnace. The key point is to dig out ash once per shift to prevent ash from accumulating and blocking the blast pipe.
4. The water seal capacity of the vaporization chamber is small, and it evaporates quickly under the grate. Failure to replenish water in time will cause the water seal to break. The water level must be kept overflowing at ordinary times. In order to prevent ash and slag from falling into the liquid seal, large amounts of water must be flushed regularly.
