Gas generators are often related to coal gas. Although there are fewer occasions to use gas now, in industry, gas is still indispensable in part of production, so this equipment is used. The device is capable of producing a corresponding amount of gas. Gas production often reflects the effectiveness of the equipment. So is there any way to achieve continuous gas production in the generator?
1. The drying layer of the gas generator is in the upper part, and the heat in the lower part can evaporate the water in the coal; the lower part is the retort layer, where the fuel undergoes thermal decomposition, releasing volatile components and other retort products, turning into coke. The coke is transferred from the retort layer to the gasification layer for thermochemical reaction.
2. The gasification layer is divided into an oxidation layer and a reduction layer. The carbon in the oxidation layer reacts with the oxygen of the gasification agent to generate carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, and releases a large amount of heat. The reduction layer is an area where flammable gas is generated. Carbon dioxide reacts with hot carbon to perform an endothermic chemical reaction to generate carbon monoxide. Water vapor reacts with hot carbon to produce carbon monoxide and hydrogen, while absorbing a large amount of heat. The ash layer is used to protect the hood from damage. According to the ash layer temperature and outlet temperature, each layer is controlled at a reasonable position to continuously produce gas.
3. In addition to normal strict pressing
gas generatorOperate according to the operating procedures to ensure that all furnace conditions are normal and the indicators are perfect. For some equipment components that work continuously and uninterruptedly, one should be in standby and the other in use. If there is a problem with local equipment, standby equipment should be used to follow up. For example, the coal adding device and the blower for air distribution at the bottom of the furnace are all configured in dual configurations.
4. Set up mutual bypasses between some purification equipment. When there is a problem with the equipment, bypass ventilation can be temporarily adopted without affecting the continuous operation of the furnace.
