Causes of gas generator failure

 The upper feed port of the gas generator and the lower grate determine how large lumps of coal are used. The feed ports are divided into 7 cm intervals. For the smaller ones, use 2-5 blocks, 3-6 blocks, and for the above ones, use 3-8 blocks, and 4-9 blocks. Therefore, it is not the coal mine or coal field that determines the lump coal particle size, but the customer's needs.
 Since coal is converted into gas, the gas generator hates pulverized coal the most. The pulverized coal is light in weight and will travel with the gas, blocking the pipes at least, and affecting the stability of the flame color and flame nozzle outlet temperature.
 Gangue, this thing cannot be burned through. The same size goes in, and the same size comes out. Although the national standard for the gangue content of gas generators is not to exceed 3%, forget it. The key is that the ash melting point of bituminous coal is generally low, and the melting temperature of 1250 degrees is considered high. When the melted coal ash and gangue are mixed, it affects the air coming in from the lower end to go up to participate in the oxidation-reduction reaction. It is such a vicious cycle, sealing the inside of the gas generator. However, Yulin's Baise gangue turns to gray at high temperatures and has no effect. Mainly charcoal, also called gangue, old carbon, etc., are charcoal blocks that have not yet developed. The harm of this material is the same as gangue. For customers of gas generators, it is the biggest impurity in Yulin coal.
 The size of the coal lumps is uneven. The small ones have been burned to ash, while the large ones have only been burned a little. The coal ash is exposed to high temperatures and the melting point of the ash is low. The coal ash melts, the air at the bottom is blocked from rising, and the coal oxidation and reduction is insufficient. At this time, blindly adding coal, a vicious cycle, and the furnace is not far away.
 The ash layer is too thin, and when the air moves from the bottom up, it will be unevenly distributed. Part of the coal in the furnace will burn quickly, and some will burn slowly, and the furnace will end in minutes.
