Pay attention to safety precautions when using gas generators

Pay attention to safety precautions when using gas generators

     (1) Before ignition, be sure to purge the gas in the heating furnace and flue. Start the fan to blow air into the furnace of the heating furnace so that any gas that may remain in the furnace can be blown away when the furnace is shut down. After 5 minutes of purging, the gas can be supplied for ignition. Be careful not to collect too much smoke inside, and never use explosion to ignite.
(2) Gas supply and heating furnace ignition
Light the ignition rod and place it next to the ignition hole. At this time, the gas fed into the heating furnace should be ignited and the nozzle will emit flame. If the nozzle does not ignite, it means there is insufficient gas or the gas quality is poor. The gas valve should be closed immediately, the operation of the gas generator should be adjusted, and the residual air in the heating furnace should be blown away with secondary air before the second air supply and ignition can be carried out. After the nozzle is ignited, gradually adjust the secondary air valve to stabilize combustion.
(3) Operation
1. Pay attention to the meter reading on the electrical control cabinet. The temperature of the gas outlet should be≤400℃, if slagging is found in the furnace, the steam regulating valve should be opened larger, the primary air temperature should be increased, and the primary air volume should be adjusted according to the gas consumption. If the nozzle firepower is insufficient or the gas outlet temperature is too low, the primary air volume should be increased.
2. The sensitivity to maintain the height of the coal seam is generally 800~1000mm.

3. Coal must be added when the gas outlet temperature is close to 400°C. Coal must be added when the gas volume is insufficient during operation.
4. Slag discharge; the slag can be discharged when the ash layer reaches a certain thickness. If there is too much ash, the slag must be discharged frequently, but the slag layer should be kept at least 200 mm to prevent the fire layer from burning the grate.
5. Steam system: Keep the water level high, and it is strictly forbidden to lack water in the water jacket.
6. A certain water level should be maintained in each water seal part, and foreign objects falling into the water seal should be removed in time.
7. Each mechanical transmission part should be refueled regularly to maintain good lubrication.
8. Tar condensation will block nozzles and pipes. If it is found that the nozzle fire is not smooth, the tar in the nozzle and valve should be promptly checked and removed, the pipeline should be regularly dredged, and the equipment should be scheduled for regular inspection.
9. Operating the gas furnace in a hot or cold state will reduce the gas quality. The so-called hot state refers to when the gas outlet temperature exceeds 400℃, and the cold state refers to when the gas outlet temperature is lower than 100℃.
10. When unloading slag, you should pay attention to whether the motor and reducer are running normally. If there are foreign objects or coal slag in the furnace, it will cause the slag tray to get stuck. At this time, do not forcefully rotate the slag to unload the slag.
11. Always check whether the automatic pressure relief device is reliable.
(4) Furnace shutdown and shift change
When the furnace is shut down, the gas generator and the heating furnace pipe must be isolated to prevent backfire. When handing over, be sure to communicate clearly everything that happened, existing problems, and the current status, and keep a record of the handover.
