Reasons why the pressure at the bottom of the gas generator increases

gas generatorWhat is the reason for the increase in furnace bottom pressure?
1) The material layer is too thick, causing the resistance to increase and the furnace bottom pressure to rise;
2) As the flow rate increases, the resistance of the material layer will be greater, thus causing the furnace bottom pressure to rise;
3) Severe slagging occurs. Since the blast cannot pass through during slagging, all gasification agents can only pass through the slag block side, which reduces the ventilation area and increases the pressure at the furnace bottom;
4) If the coal lumps are too small, or even when the pulverized coal is put into the furnace, the resistance of the material layer will be great, and the pressure at the furnace bottom will also rise;
5) When caking or strongly caking coal is used, the resistance of the material layer will also increase, and the pressure at the furnace bottom will also increase.
