According to the gasifier production process, the fuel layer in the furnace can be divided into drying layer, retort layer, reduction layer, oxide layer and ash layer. The drying layer is in the upper part, and the heat in the lower part can evaporate the water in the coal; the lower part is the retorting layer, where the fuel undergoes thermal decomposition and releases volatile matter and other retorting products, turning into coke. The coke is transferred from the retorting layer to the gasification layer for thermochemical reaction;
The gasification layer is divided into an oxide layer and a reduction layer: the carbon in the oxide layer reacts with the oxygen of the gasification agent to generate CO2 and CO. And release a large amount of heat to maintain the heat required for thermochemical reactions;
In the area where flammable gas is generated during the reduction layer, carbon dioxide reacts with hot carbon to undergo an endothermic chemical reaction to generate carbon monoxide. Water vapor reacts with hot carbon to produce CO and H2, while absorbing a large amount of heat.
The ash layer is used to protect the hood from damage. According to the temperature of the ash layer and the outlet temperature, each layer is controlled at a reasonable position to continuously generate gas. This is the technical analysis, work flow and internal structure principle of the continuous gas production of the gas furnace.
