Single stage gas generatorThe material layer is thin, with only a gasification section and no obvious retort section. The gas is made of 20~60mm bituminous coal or anthracite coal as raw material, and is gasified in the gas furnace. The generated gas is processed by dust removal, cooling, desulfurization and other processes. The processed clean gas is supplied to users through a pressurized transportation system.
The cost of a single-stage gas generator is low, and investment recovery is fast; the construction period is short, and it can be completed and put into use quickly. Some industries do not have high requirements for the quality of gas and use single-stage gas generators. After the hot gas is dust-removed, it is directly burned in the kiln without washing, oil and phenol removal. On the surface, no sewage seems to be produced. In fact, the pollution source is transferred to the kiln and discharged into the atmosphere through combustion.
