Briefly describe the gaseous material journey content of the gas generator.
Air and water vapor as gasification agents are blown into the furnace from the bottom of the furnace. Under the conditions of 1100-1200°C, an oxidation-reduction reaction occurs with the semi-coke coal entering the gasification section to form coal gas with carbon monoxide and hydrogen as the main components.
The gas runs upward in two parts. One part moves up about 4 meters through the lower gas interlayer channel, and its heat is indirectly transferred to the coal seam through the refractory material, assisting the completion of the carbonization and drying process, ensuring that the coal can be fully dried and carbonized during the falling process, and then this part of the gas is exported from the lower gas outlet. It is called the lower section gas; while the other part of the gas goes up in the gas generating furnace material layer and enters the retort section. Through direct contact with the slowly moving downward gasification coal, its heat is directly transferred to the gasification coal to carry out the retort and drying process described above. At the same time, a part of the retort gas, which is mainly alkane high calorific value gas, is produced.
This part of the upward gas and the carbonization gas produced during the carbonization process are exported from the upper gas outlet to form the upper gas.
