A brief discussion on the advantages of the two-stage coal filling valve of the gas generator.
The outer shell of the rotary stoking valve of the two-stage gas generator is made of cast steel, and the internal rotary valve is made of welded steel plates and machined. In order to maintain the seal and prevent the gas from leaking, a grease pump is regularly filled with oil to maintain sealing and lubrication. This form of coal adding mechanism has the following advantages:
1. Smooth operation and good coal feeding continuity.
2. Good sealing and less gas leakage.
3. Long service life and less maintenance work.
4. Two sets of four coal adding valves will not break down at the same time, which will not affect gas production, and is particularly suitable for the requirements of ceramic enterprises for good continuity. If one group fails, the other group can still maintain production.
