For the design and operation of the two-stage gasifier, the control of blast volume and saturation temperature is the basis of its process operation and the core point for the automatic control of the two-stage gasifier.
The structure of the coking device on the two-stage gas generator is that there is a hopper at the lower part of the device. The upper and lower openings of the hopper have upper and lower covers respectively. The upper and lower covers are controlled by oil cylinders. There is a coal bunker at the upper part of the device. There is a quantitative bin between the hopper and the coal bunker. The upper mouth of the quantitative bin has a quantitative door controlled by an oil cylinder. On the basis of maintaining the original device, this technology uses a simple structure to realize the addition of quantitative coke, thereby maintaining the stability of the two-stage gasifier furnace conditions, adapting to the operational needs of gas production, and ensuring that gas production can remain sustainable, efficient and stable.
As far as reducing energy consumption is concerned, we should mainly focus on improving processes, transforming equipment, and controlling slag layers. Adjust and transform gas generators according to specific conditions to achieve the purpose of reducing coal consumption. During the operation of the gas generator, efforts should be made to increase the height of the effective carbon layer, use a high-pressure head fan to increase the gasification intensity, reduce the blowing time, and minimize latent and sensible heat losses.
